What Personal Information Is Stored?
We will only ever store the follow information about you, for the purposes of administrating this site:
Full name
Username / Password
Email Address
Date of Registration
Submitted Data Ticket History.

For the purposes of security we may also record your IP address.

Who Will Have Access To This Information?
The site adminstrators will have access to the information in order to provide a level of personalised service to you.
Your personal information will never be passed on to any third party.

Where Is The Information Stored?
The collected information will reside within a database located on the web hosting server. A second copy may also reside on the site administrators computer for the purposes of data backup.

Why Is This Information Required?
In order to provide a personalised and coordinated service, key pieces of information about you are required. We have done our best to keep the required amounts of information at a minimum and avoid the need for locale data completely. You name, date of registration and submitted ticket history are used for providing you with a usage history and greeting you on the system. Your username and password is used to protect your account from unauthorized use. Your email address is required to confirm your account and alter your password.

Can I Request To Have This Information Removed From The System?
Of course you can. However, please bear in mind that your profile login cannot work without this information present in the database. Therefore requesting the removal of personal data will also result in your profile and site access being removed. Please email the administrator on the contacts page if you would like your data removed.
